Topics of Interest

Like many other enthusiastic young writers, I have a wide array of interests and am thrilled when given the opportunity to write about any topic. There are a few, however, in which I have developed my interest and have more significant experience writing about.

"Tie Yourself in a Bow: Tips from STAT's Closet": Published December 13, 2012 on KnicksNow.com.

My first publication as a Lineage Interactive Knicks Contributor was a short, fun series of fashion tips and tricks inspired by the legendary style of New York Knicks Forward/Center Amar'e Stoudemire. This article was reviewed and approved by Lineage Interactive staff, KnicksNow.com staff, and Knicks Public Relations staff.

"Eric LeGrand Will Make You Want To Do Great Things": Published May 7, 2012 on MoreThanPomPoms.com

I spent months as a prolific writer for MoreThanPomPoms.com, and have many work examples to choose from. This piece, a part of the "More than Pom Poms Attractive Scale" series where I rank athletes on off-the-field acts of kindness and inspiration. Eric LeGrand earned the highest honors that the MPP Attractiveness Scale has ever given. He is one of my favorite figures in sports and it was an absolute joy to write about him for the website.

"No. 15: Find a Home": Published April 23, 2012 on Penn State Undergraduate Admissions Blogs

The last update of my semester-long featured blog series for Penn State Undergraduate Admissions, this short and sweet blog post is a tribute to my alma mater. The series, titled Fifteen Things Real Penn Staters Do, was my spin on a poster that I was given during my first week as a college freshman. Fifteen Things Real Penn Staters Do spent a semester (January-May 2012) as one of four featured student blogs and was reviewed by my supervisors, Undergraduate Admissions staff Jenna Spinelle and Jennie Daley.
